As per the General rule users can cancel the transaction within 12hrs of the said transaction. Further the details of the transaction amount/donations can be revised by the user up to maximum of 3 times, before 9 AM of the next day. So, for example, if a user makes a transaction today, then they can revise the details by a maximum of 3 times before 9:00 am next tomorrow.
It is pertinent to mention that the user cannot transfer the donation amount from one campaign to another. Furthermore, the amount donated by the user cannot be refunded, once it’s assigned to the inventory/Campaign, under any circumstances.
Trust Aid reserves the right to cancel any campaign or transaction in case of any fraudulent cases or the target has been met of the certain campaign
The user is entitled for the refund money post deduction of the convenience fee but the final decision will be with the Platform. The refund would be done only for the below mentioned scenarios –
*Defaulted – More than 3 campaign has not yet started even after achieving the goal amount and/or has not provided with regular update for either 3 campaign either to one or multiple users. ama
The details like name, email address and other personal information submitted by the user on the platform will be stored and also appear on the platform. The Platforms server log files also receive general information such as IP address of the visitor, cookie etc. For the financial transactions by credit card Shauka Sociotech Private Limited uses a 3rd party secure payment gateway and the card/Banking details are ‘not stored’ with Shauka Sociotech Private Limited, instead the information is securely stored and encrypted with Visa/MasterCard.
